Sending a search brief, saving a model or submitting a part-exchange enquiry does not reserve a vehicle. Availability, condition, mileage, specification, viewing arrangements and the final price of any actual vehicle must be confirmed in writing.
Any part-exchange discussion depends on the details provided, an inspection and written agreement. Mileage, history, condition and any outstanding finance may affect the proposed valuation. Do not treat an enquiry acknowledgement as an offer.
Provide accurate details and keep your password private. One account is intended for your own use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or attempt to access another person’s records. Browser-saved models remain on the device where they were selected.
Only use the payment page against an agreed written offer and reference. The payment description, amount and any cancellation or refund conditions should be understood before payment.
